Member Tickets - Advanced Booking Recommended

Due to access restrictions in place as a precautionary measure while we undertake high level masonry inspections, there is currently no visitor access to some of our sites. Find out more about our conservation work and read the latest update on our blog.

For our ticketed sites that are open, we do recommend booking in advance to guarantee entry. Plan your visit and see our frequently asked questions

On our dedicated page about visiting, select the site you wish to visit. There will be an option to book member tickets. You do not need your membership number to book. Select the tickets appropriate to your membership category and for the date/timeslot you require. You should include any children under 5 visiting with you on your booking. If you wish to book tickets for non-members, you should do that as a separate transaction. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number - take this with you (printed or on your phone) for your visit, along with valid membership card(s), or membership confirmation email.

For enquiries about tickets or ticketing issues, please contact ticketing@hes.scot

We appreciate your support and understanding.
